Merivale Architectural Villas is a premium retirement village, comprised of luxury living units and state-of-the-art community facilities. We are currently constructing Stage 3 of the development which includes 2-storey, 200m2 villas made of structural steel and precast panels. This will be followed by Stage 4 which is proposed to feature a 500m2 community centre with pool, gym, bar and café facilities.
