Eats on Oxford is a six-chain commercial eatery located on Oxford Terrace in Christchurch’s Health Precinct. We completed the base build and a hydraulics refurbishment for the developer, as well as separate tenancy work for each building owner. We also managed overall H&S and organised construction within the fully functioning building to deliver an on-time, on-budget outcome.
