Sam WyattManaging Director
Sam is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in New Zealand and overseas. He originally started with hammer in hand before moving into progressively senior project and people management roles. Sam joined the business in 2012 and has been instrumental in growing it from strength to strength.
Julia WyattFinance Manager
Julia joined the business in late 2019. Working alongside Sam, she plays a pivotal role in business decisions. Julia is also responsible for financial control of the overall business and works closely the QS and McCoy teams. Her can-do attitude sees her quick to roll up her sleeves and pitch in wherever required, from administration to general running of jobs.
Shane LawtonCommercial Manager
Shane is responsible for the financial oversight of all projects. From tendering to risk assessment to wrapping up accounts at completion, Shane’s expertise spans the entire lifecycle of each project. Backed by a depth of knowledge earned from many years in the industry, he maintains control of the numbers while ensuring project aims are achieved.
Jimmy BrookContracts Manager
In his role as contracts manager, Jimmy forges strong relationships with clients underpinned by his in-depth knowledge of the construction landscape. Whether negotiating the finer details of a contract or aligning parties on the journey, his focus is on ensuring each project follows a clear and well-documented path to success.
Board of Advisors
In addition to Sam Wyatt and Julia Wyatt, our Board of Advisors include Craig McCoy and Steve Taw.
Craig’s wide variety of skills and experience help us make astute decisions around the projects we undertake as well as our business as a whole. Craig is a chartered accountant with an extensive background in commerce and finance. He also runs several profitable businesses of his own, giving him a sound understanding of the mechanics of success.
Following 35+ years’ experience including 21 years with Hawkins, Steve brings invaluable insight to his advisory role with Wyatt. Our clients and our team benefit both from his collaborative approach and extensive industry knowledge. Steve’s contribution means projects of any scale can proceed with confidence in a complex construction environment.
